Welcome to Indian Valley Beef. We are located in the scenic rolling hills and valleys of Tiskilwa Illinois.  This beautiful setting offers us the ideal location to raise stress-free, grass-finished cattle.

At Indian Valley Beef we have chosen Australian lowlines (a small black angus breed) as our breed choice.  This lowline breed is one of several that naturally marble well on grasses alone; therefore our cattle are free to roam and are never confined to a feedlot or fed grain.  Our pastures are inter-seeded with a wide variety of grasses and high energy foliage.  We do not use herbicides or pesticides on our pastures.  Our cattle are raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones.  Cattle raised in this stress free manner give our customers a healthier, better choice of beef.
